Please read this through. Please RSVP and send in your check for the annual crab feast being held on Saturday, September 8th, 2018 from 1300 to 1600 hours.
We have moved this year's event from Ft. Meade to Perry's Restaurant to make it easier for members to attend.
1210 Annapolis Rd,
Odenton, MD 21113
The cost is $10.00 per person for Members and their families in good standing. Otherwise members will pay $20.00 per person at the door. Please, no friends unless they want to join the club that day. It’s still a great deal if they do.
For example, if you and three family members attend the cost is $40, that’s $10.00 per person for early registration. Otherwise if we receive your payment after Aug 31st, or you show up at the door it’s $20.00 per person ($80 total for the four people). So get those payments in the mail!

Ft. Meade, MD. 20755
Please RSVP by sending a check (payable to Meade Rod and Gun Club) for the amount to cover you and any guests you plan to bring. We also ask that you let the Executive Board know that you are coming by emailing us at email@example.com. That way we can confirm that we have received your check or let you know if there has been a problem.
We must receive your payment in the mail on or before Aug 31st, 2018 to count for the early registration. Why? Because we must have an accurate count on how many members are coming. Only paid registrations received by the due date will be counted.
This is still a good deal at $20.00 per person at the door, but we will reserve the right to limit the number of crabs per person. For example: If we purchase crabs for 35 paid registrations and 20 more show up at the door. In that case we would only have “X” number of crabs per person and we may have to limit how many we give out to try to cover everyone. Early registrants will be the first in the line. For all, we will serve 3 crabs at a time. For more crabs, you just deposit your empty shells in the trash before getting more. This will help with clean up also.
We will have a some other foods available to choose from, go children who don't like crabs.
No crabs will be taken home unless an officer approves it.
