Wild Game Feast - Reminder
The club's annual wild game feast is happening Sunday December 7th, 2024 at AGC in the Memorial Hall & Indoor Pellet Range. The feast will go from 1300 – until the food runs out. We have the hall until 6pm, but once the food runs out and everyone is full, we will start packing up. The address to the hall is below.
This is a family event, so please bring your children.
We will be having member harvested deer meat cooked in a variety of ways. This will be a potluck meal, so please plan to bring a dish or two. The club is providing all the Sodas. water. utensils and flatware. We will also have some catering from Mission BBQ for those that don't like deer meat.
As a courtesy please let the Executive board know which dishes you plan to bring to the event and how many people you will have with you. That will help us with planning and make the event the best it can be.
There is no cost to attend, but we do ask that you bring your favorite dish and/or dessert.

The Memorial Hall is across from the trap range. There is parking near the hall, but if you are comfortable walking we ask that you park at the lot near the main road, so that people who have a harder time walking have spaces near the hall. If you need help getting from the parking lot to the hall, please call 202-372-7890. If possible we will send someone down to the parking lot to pick you up and bring you up to the hall.
