The club is organized as a Social Club founded in the 1950s and has been under continued operations for over 60 years. The club was founded to promote education regarding firearm, hunting and fishing for our members, and the public at large. To promote safety for all aspects of the use of firearms, hunting and fishing, and to generate enthusiasm for these sports.

MRGC is one of the few Public Organizations with regular access to the Ft. Meade ranges. But it is not unrestricted access. The Ft. Meade ranges are managed by the NSA and access is only during pre-scheduled dates and times. On average, we get two days per month access to the Ft. Meade ranges. Please see the Range Schedule for details.
Associated Gun Clubs of Baltimore, Inc (AGC) was formed on July 1, 1944 when a number of World War II veterans in the Baltimore, Maryland area began looking for a place for recreational and competitive shooting. They organized with several other Baltimore area shooting clubs to form the “AGC”. MRGC is one of the member clubs of AGC.
AGC limits access to Members of Member Clubs. Another words you can't join AGC directly, you have to join a Club which is a partner/member club of AGC. Since MRGC is a Member Club of AGC, yes our members are able to purchase an AGC range badge. Once you have a AGC badge you have full access to the AGC ranges.
MRGC holds Monthly General Meetings at Perry's Restaurant and Pub at Edit 1210 Annapolis Rd, Odenton, MD 21113, the first Thursday of the month. We gather at 6pm to have dinner and the meeting starts at 7pm. The meeting is open to guests.
